Profile:
I am an engaged and curious person, who enjoys challenges. Once I have set a goal, I am determined to reach it. My main intrinsic motivator is the feeling of making a difference and adding value to something or someone. I feel proud when I have achieved my goals, which most often involve adding value to everything from giving professional counseling to a student, to providing a solution proposal for an organizational structure to better fit the business processes of a company.
Through my education I have developed a passion for management science. I enjoy discussing theories and developing new ones based on creative reflection on my theoretical and practical experiences. I also enjoy teaching and counseling others, both personally and professionally. To me there is no such thing as taboos, though I do acknowledge the political arenas within all organizations, and I realize that not all knowledge sharing is prosperous. However I do have a passion for gaining and sharing new knowledge and I like to be enlightened through novel challenges.
Therefore it is my goal to continue my studies through a Ph.D. where I can combine my motivation for adding value with my passion for the scientific field while challenging myself and both gaining and sharing knowledge.
